What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization before shipping the product back.

Do the scooters come with a warranty?

Yes, all KuKirin scooters come with a limited 12-month warranty covering the motor and battery, and a 6-month warranty for other essential components against manufacturing defects.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and structured installment plans through Klarna or Affirm at checkout.

Are spare parts available if I need a repair?

Is assembly required when my scooter arrives?

KuKirin scooters arrive 90% pre-assembled. You will typically only need to attach the handlebars and tighten a few screws using the toolkit provided in the box.
